"I hate to give 2 stars to such a good property with good rooms , excellent heritage vibes and with all facilities but staff and service was terrible. As we entered our luggage was unloaded and brought to our room for more than an hr. Room phones werent working so had to go to desk to get internet started. Anything you request from staff and front desk would take forever to be entertained even breakfast service the waiter forgot our orders and vallet service is non existent. I wish this facility...

"Only manager/owner spoke english and was not very helpful with obtaining information. There was a broken electrical switch which controlled hot water heater and so the first shower I had was ice cold. I was told the hot water just takes a long time. The next day I waited for the water heater for 20 min and still no hot water. It was later discovered that the switch was broke. Wifi not in all the rooms and only in downstairs lobby. "The hotel is decorated very well. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. There is a terrace area on the 4th floor and the onsite restaurant is where an extensive and very tasty buffet breakfast is served. The restaurant is vegetarian and does not serve eggs but with all the other tasty options this would not be missed. The service by the staff is excellent too."

"Better dining options are available in Jaipur but cost wise dining comparable with other restaurants. We received room according to our booking and check in check out was easy. They provided facilities to store our luggage after check out as our flights were late and we needed to do some shopping before taking flight."

"This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff was very kind and welcoming and just the ambiance of the place was amazing. The rooftop provided a great view of Jaipur and the amenities from the breakfast, to the gym, to the game room, were all top notch. 100/10 if you ask me. Can’t beat this level of hospitality for this good of a price!"

"We stayed here for 4 nights. Excellent staff, service from Akash and other staff members is best. Family friendly place, located in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast every morning is fresh and of good quality. Don’t hesitate if you are tired and want to eat at the hotel instead of going out. "Perfectly fine for the price - helpful staff, comfortable bed, decent food. It's a noisy neighborhood, and the hot water in the shower wasn't working the two nights I stayed there; the staff brought buckets of hot water to the room, which was useful."
