"Check in was easy. Very nice boutique style hotel. Staffs were friendly. The room was big and spacious with amazing view. The most cost effective and easy way to get to the hotel is bus even with large luggage. Head to bus stop once you get off the train. Catch the bus 601,605 or 606. All are about 5 min ride. From the bus stop it’s either 5 min or 2 min walk. The bus ride is covered by swiss pass and had enough safe for our 2 large luggage. "

"Very clean room, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pizza at the restaurant was excellent with a nice thin crust. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. I believe you could order eggs and I heard someone order pancakes so there are options besides the buffet. Overall a very nice hotel and I would stay here again. "

"The Spa and pool are fantastic. The staff and service are excellent. The classic rooms are well maintained and very enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, though the hot food like eggs needs to be refreshed more often. Perhaps putting out lesser and more often. The receiption staff and bar staff were excellent and took time with every customer. The hotel really cares for it's customers."
