This property is one of the best I have ever stayed, the front office staff is absolutely brilliant and amazing, very helpful very organized and warm, really enjoyed my travel, hands down one of the greatest places to be while travel to st moritz, I would recommend it hundred times
This was a really lovely place to stay! The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It was a little outdated in some aspects, but it didn't detract from the overall experience of staying there. It was truly a lovely place to stay.
Overall hotel was very good. A little dated but they are renovating. Room was ample and clean. Hotel restaurant was amazing, food was superior quality and taste.
Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Couldn't find fault. The setting is spectacular. The room was large and airy but cosy. Staff were very accommodating, friendly and polite. Coffee and cake in the afternoon is an added bonus. Loved it.
we had early train ride and had to wait to get coffee and couldnt grab a danish or anything. would have loved to take something for breakfast as we walked to train station.
staff was very nice, loved the area
Such friendly accommodating staff.
All aspects of this beautiful hotel are excellent and I can’t find anything negative to say!
A small boutique hotel close to nature, close to ski lifts and close to the centre of Celerina.
The restaurant serves an excellent breakfast with both buffet and freshly made choices.
Afternoon tea and cake are served daily which is a nice touch.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chesa Rosatsch
We stayed at this hotel for one night after our Bernina Express ride from Tirano. The hotel is located in a town just outside of St. Moritz so we had to hire a taxi to drive us, the ride was about 15 minutes. The manager and associate who checked us in were friendly and helped us with our luggage to our room. We were in time for an afternoon cake and coffee service the hotel offers and our children really loved the cake that was offered. We enjoyed our tea and cake on a patio behind the hotel which is next to the river, it was really scenic. There is a road that you can walk or bike along which takes you to an old church or you can walk to the town center within 5 minutes. There was two grocery markets if you need to pick anything up. That evening we enjoyed a great dinner at the hotels steakhouse. The children had their local specialty which is a super thin crust type of pizza. I had the steak special which was sliced and had a delicious sauce on it. My husband had one of their special aged cuts of beef which was flavorful and tender. The restaurant brought a large menu with the cuts of meat offered for the evening by weight (in grams). You could choose from beef, veal or lamb.
When we retired for the evening, we found our room to be a bit warm but we just opened the windows and it cooled the room perfectly. We had a 9am train the next morning so the hotel set up a taxi ride which they covered because we departed from the station in town. Breakfast was also excellent
We only stayed one night but it was so lovely that we wished we could stay longer. The young gentleman at check in was amazing - so friendly and welcoming. The property itself is charming and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
We stayed here the night before catching the Glacier Express, and I can’t say enough wonderful things! To start the property and our room was beautiful! It was a short walk from the train station, which was convenient! But the best part about this place was the staff! They were all unbelievably friendly, helpful and all around amazing! While sitting at the bar before dinner, we got a wonderful history lesson from our bar tender! His knowledge and stories of the area were so interesting! We then took his dinner recommendations and had one of the best meals we’ve ever eaten in our lives! The restaurant here is exceptional! The front desk was also helpful in pre arranging a cab for us in the morning to the St Moritz train station! We are so grateful for our stay here and can’t wait to return!
