"No restaurant for breakfast. Pool outdoors has half of the paint chipped off. I had to request room service after a please clean room on the door for 9 hours. No security at the hotel, people in swim suits in the lounge areas eating pizza on a plush sofa. Game room not attended by staff, guests moving furniture and kids doing cartwheels. "

"Room was not very clean. There was someone else’s shirt in a corner, hair on the bed, and the bathroom drain was extremely slow to drain. "

"Love this place, clean rooms, great pool and hot tub, very friendly and helpful staff. Close to downtown Traverse City. Very good continental breakfast. Beautiful sandy beach on Grand Traverse Bay,with great views. "

"Very little to do with children under 2 years old. Frankenmuth has much kid friendly water activities. "

"I expected it to be nicer comparatively speaking from past stays at other Indigo Hotels. There was a giant water stain on the ceiling of our room. The Fire place didn’t work in the room. For the price, you would think that they would at least have a complimentary pot of coffee available in the lobby. Instead everything had to be purchased in the hotel restaurant!"

"Rm had a dirty bandaid on side of jacuzzie dried scum marks in the shower. Ive stayed the there numerous times and this was by far the worst time. Paid 350 dollars for a dirty rm and only stayed one night got stuck in a snow storm second night and didnt make it back. I do not recommend, they do not care that there rms are dirty and will not correct it but lie to you and tell you they clean there bathrooms everyday but my pictures tell me different. "
