The check in was smooth, there were flies and nats in the room to have to kill and clean up. The tub looks like there was a bullet whole and the shower head was really caked with mildew. I little vinegar goes a long way!

The breakfast was not good. The omelet had no flavor. I stayed at Americinn in Medora ND in September. The eggs were good and the sausage links were awesome.

Refrigerator door would not open, and exhaust in Bathroom would not work. These are very BASIC things which need to work. No Elevator also, so had to lug the boxes upstairs. Stayed there for one night only (less than 12 hrs), so just went along with it. Would not stay there again.

Check in was a nightmare, customer service was not up to par. We were giving COVID distance from customer in front of us. Staff took care of people that came in after us and didn’t even acknowledge we were waiting for 20 minutes already. Hotel itself was clean and nice, pool was not working so could not use which was disappointing.

Quiet location
Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and doing their best. Was very busy due to a lot of things going on in the area but was still quiet in our room, even being right next to an exit door for both floors. Make sure you bring your own small bills and change for the vending machines and laundry as customer service desk ran out of $1 bills and quarters due to someone taking them all to do laundry at the guest laundry facility.

The property seemed to be in bad shape. The handle on our toilet tank feel off, which my husband fixed so it would work. The pool had issues and was not available to guests and breakfast was very late.

Property was clean, cozy, quiet despite being next to Fanatics Bar & Grill. Courteous staff - Kim, John, Jack were very helpful. Included breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs, sausage links, Americ-Inn waffles, coffee, hot cider, hot chocolate, oatmeal, fruit cups.

Great Hotel for family travelers
We got in very late and the employee who checked us in (Josh I think), was so friendly! Made sure I knew when breakfast was and where the best place to park was. We were on a family vacation and traveling off the beaten path—we were so happy for find a clean comfortable place to land for the night! The room was clean and spacious. Even had adaptive items in the bathroom (rails/shower chair). Would stay again!

They had a really tough time checking the Anna or computer was down and nobody knew how to check it in. The hot tub and pool was closed, which was a main reason. I took that Motel over the other two I had options on and the room was not overly clean and definitely not worth the $140 I spent on it.
