This property features a brand new eat-in kitchen, new bathroom, and new flooring and furnishings throughout. Guests will enjoy one spacious bedroom, living room with pull out sofa, full well equips kitchen, laundry room, new full bathroom and back deck over looking the yard. There is also off street parking for two cars. You will love the short walk to downtown Bethlehem and all it has to offer. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping, convenience stores, universities and hospitals.

1 month away in Bethlehem

Our paid stay was for July 1 thru July 31. We left on the July 19 & went to a hotel. 2 stars since location is close to town & host was nice enough. When contacted the host sent over someone to clean the webs & dirt off porch, gave us the # to call for an exterminator, ordered the pole that was not installed in windows & offered to send another house cleaner, since I shared some pictures with her of the dirt & pet hair that was every where. I attempted to use the vacuum in the vrbo, but, it blew out an odor that was worse than foul. I bought my own cleaning stuff including a vacuum. Beside the entire property being run down & very dirty it is advertised to have AC. There are 4 rooms, 2 of which have a portable floor AC unit, living & bedroom. The kitchen & bathroom are VERY hot area's that could not be cooled. The 2 portable AC units use hoses that vent out side. Anyone can slide the windows open from outside. Bedroom window is on the front porch. Those 2 windows with hoses have gaps, partially covered with cardboard allowing bugs and spiders to come right in. Both AC units were plugged into a power strip, safe? Long term makes no sense, there is no dresser in the very small bedroom. There is an outside door in the bedroom, it enters a walkway for upstairs tenants, creepy. Floor vents are layered in dirt. The bathroom has holes walls and a rusty shower rod. It is dark & smells of musk. Walkways & driveway is broken up cement.
