Good rooms, friendly staff. Good location

Everything was well taken care of and clean, would definitely stay here again

Started very badly, given a very scruffy unclean room on 8th floor. Duck tape on the window and a portable ac unit stood next to it, old bedding in a pile on the floor. ‘New’ bedding on bed had hairs in. I think a dirty bed that had been remade? Given another room (suite) but that was also not suitable as one of the beds was a sofa pullout (I had to pull out myself, matress was thin and uncomfortable) then we had to wait for bedding for several hours (and then chase it up) Made the bed myself. Coffee machine in room but no coffee, milk or sugar? Bathroom was tiny. Next morning thankfully someone else on desk that was helpful and gave us the room I had booked and paid for. After that all was okay to use as a base but nothing exceptional .would not stay again although location is excellent.

The hotel was very different in person than what i thought when i saw pictures. The bathtub was clogged. Very dirty and disappointing for what i paid for. Will never stay there again

1st up, the location was perfect. Access to shops, the subway, could not fault it. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the seasonal decoration was a great touch. From booking in to checking out all the staff were warm, welcoming and beyond helpful. The room amenities were just what was needed. I recommend staying at this hotel, if I ever get the chance to visit again, I will be staying here 10/10
