From start to finish our rental experience with Patrick and this property was easy and convenient. Communication was great and we received multiple messages about check-in, instructions, reminders/recommendations and check out instructions. I had very few questions, but Patrick’s responses were always very quick.The property was extremely clean upon arrival and we found the accommodations perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 boys under 6yrs). We found everything we needed to make breakfast and lunches for the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were clean and comfortable.Our walk to the beach was very simple and we loved being able to park our wagon under the house and get everyone cleaned off in the outdoor shower. There were 6 very nice beach chairs (with carry straps) and we only used one of them, but that was a really nice option to have along with the umbrella.Overall I would recommend this property and I would rent here again for our next trip to South Bethany.
