"Appreciate the updates since we stayed here last! Bedding and sheets great and appreciated beds/rooms were already made up!House was very clean and organized. Had everything needed except shampoo.Price was very high but we booked last minute on 4th of July week so were glad to just get here and expected the high rate.Location is great. Relaxing with beautiful beach and not too crowded.This is our third time here and we will return!Communication great throughout our visit! Thank you!"

"The host was amazing! He was accommodating, open to communication and swift to answer. The property was gorgeous and well appointed with kitchen items, bedroom and bath necessities, and toys. For the price, certain minor things should have been addressed: the microwave turntable did not work, the dishwasher detergent drawer malfunctioned, a screen in the screened in porch was missing which was a huge safety issue with young children, there were no mixing bowls in the kitchen and no food saver containers to be found. The decks, while numerous and wonderfully appointed all had dirty floors. The furniture on the master deck and that off of the 3rd floor bedroom were unusable due to the fact that they were so beat up by weather that they would have given off splinters to those who attempted to use it."

"We have loved staying in Bethany West for 5 summers. This was our first time at this property and it was great. Plenty of sleeping space, good sized kitchen, and access to the community pool and tennis courts and trolley. We did have to bring our own beach chairs, umbrellas and toys, but everything else that we needed for our stay was available at the house. We had no issues or concerns and only communicated with Nick prior to our arrival. When we did he was always very responsive. Thanks for a great week!"

"We had a great stay with no issues at this home. We had to baby proof a bit for little kids but we made it work. It was easy to cross the street to the beach which was a short walk, and the beach and pool weren’t too crowded. It was perfect for a quiet family beach trip. The house was clean, beautiful, and spacious with so many balconies! It was nice to have the chairs and beach wagon as well as easy parking. I also appreciated the supplies in the kitchen. I would recommend this home!"

"The property was great with many bedrooms for large families. The 4 full bathrooms were fantastic. Never a wait! There were enough dishes, pots and pans, linens, and toiletries for everyone. We did end up dusting, vacuuming, wiping out the refrigerator, and folding laundry left by the previous renters upon check in. I don't remember reading about the stairs being outside until after I booked, but that was a bit of an inconvenience. It seemed no matter which floor you were on, you needed something from the other one. Everyone wanted to eat on the back deck, but the full kitchen was on the second floor. My biggest issues was the cleaning fee/ laundry. I feel 700 is quite a substantial sum of money and was surprised to receive an email about check out. The email stated all sheets and towels needed to be washed, dried, and put away, the dishwasher was to be empty, and the bedrooms needed to be tidied up. In all other rentals, I've stripped the beds and started the laundry and the dishwasher. There are 2 washers and dryers. On check out day we had 7 people left. I started the laundry at 7 AM for 7 towels, and the sheets (4 queen and 2 twin beds). When we left at 11, there were still a few towels that were still damp. Four hours with 2 washers and dryers? It was ludicrious. I understand the host has purchased the toiletries and condiments and needs to be reimbursed, but if she is paying someone 700 to clean the bathrooms and kitchen, she should find another cleaner."
