The Space:
This multilevel house offers a spacious rooftop deck with a gas grill, indoor minibar, and refrigerator, making it perfect for entertaining! You'll also have access to a kitchen on each of the other two levels, stainless steel appliances, and multiple dining and sitting areas. On top of that, your vacation home is located within a short distance of the beach, boardwalk, and downtown activities, meaning every day will bring new adventures with it. Please note, this home has a Firestick and YouTube TV. Guests may stream their own streaming services as well. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
