This multilevel house offers a spacious rooftop deck with a gas grill, indoor minibar, and refrigerator, making it perfect for entertaining! You'll also have access to a kitchen on each of the other two levels, stainless steel appliances, and multiple dining and sitting areas. On top of that, your vacation home is located within a short distance of the beach, boardwalk, and downtown activities, meaning every day will bring new adventures with it. Please note, this home has a Firestick and YouTube TV. Guests may stream their own streaming services as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Nice location but property needs attention.

Bathrooms, floors, countertops were dirty. Carpets could use replacement and roof top furniture is falling apart. For this weekly rental rate would expect glassware and real plates, bowls etc. rather than plastic. Dog bed in primary bedroom was a bit off putting and we are dog lovers and owners.

Beach House

House was in excellent location to beach and town. The kitchen wasn’t well organized or fully equipped - 14 peopke could stay at the house but there’s only 8 forks….no wine glasses, measuring cups/spoons or martini glasses. We had to go get some. We did love it but think for the price point it should have all been there. One trip to Bed, Bath and Beyond, for couple hundred bucks, some purging and organizing is all it needs.
