This ranch-style home is located in a quiet side street on the west side of the highway close to the ocean and town activities of Bethany Beach. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a deck, a screened-in porch, an outside shower, a gas grill, and parking, this home is the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. You'll have a Pack 'n Play with an optional bassinet insert

Nice house we were 12 and we snuggled in nicely. Good layout for families. Getting to the beach while not too far is tough to get because lacking sidewalk.

Great house and location

Adorable house, very clean and comfortable. Well stocked and renovated kitchen, nice family lounging / TV area, most beds come with fresh sheets and clean outdoor shower. Will definitely book again :-) !

No customer service

This was a terrible experience. There is no true customer service at Vacasa. A smoke detector went off all night and there was no technician to fix it and no refund offered. We will not work with vacasa properties again.

Great location

We have stayed in this house for the past several years (minus the COVID year) and have loved it-great location for us as our family has a place in Sea Colony which is super close. This is the first year we rented with Vacasa and the house was a wreck when we came in; the cleaners had not come, the garbage disposal was broken and the sink filled up with dirty water and we had to clean all the dishes ourselves. In addition, the 3 big trash cans were full and overflowing into the street and yard. This had not happened before, so I think this reflects Vacasa more than the owner of the home which is unfortunate for the owner. After 6 calls and several emails back and forth, Vacasa made it right, but it took 2 days of our vacation to deal with the issues. Great house, not so great property management company.

Great vacation home for families

We loved how much space there really was there! The accommodations that included but not limited to, towels towels towels, blankets, hair dryers, shampoo and soap, tons of dishes, games, extremely clean, even the bed spread just smells freshly clean. Disney options on TV, once you get used to the remote. The fridge was perfect size, the dish washer was a great add on bonus. There were even night lights in kiddos room. The area was close to the beach but far enough away traffic was never an issue.

Weekend getaway

We, 10 of us ladies, enjoyed a great weekend away from home. This home allowed us to relax in the open living room while others could play games in the side room and others could do a puzzle at the round kitchen table. We definitely enjoyed being able to have the extra areas with this rental like the screened in porch & the multiple outside sitting areas. Having linens & towels provided (no beach towels, obviously) was an extra bonus along with having a Keurig & a coffee maker to keep us going. We will be renting again from Vacasa and possibly this house, the only reason we wouldn't rent this house again is because we could have too many ladies coming to sleep here. Thanks for a great place to rent & your rental staff was the best for making our weekend the best in over 20 + yrs!!

Our stay on 4-20 to 4-23.

We loved how quiet the location is. The house was perfect. The kids rode their scooters in the street bc the house is on a private road. Everything was very clean. We loved that the sheets and towels were provided. The front deck would be enjoyable in the warm weather.
