  • NoBe - Located on the oceanside of Coastal Highway in prestigious North Bethany. This duplex offers ocean and bay views with easy access to a private access beach. Experience fine dining, shopping and boardwalk activities in the town of Bethany Beach. Also close to Dewey, Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City, Md. ***2020 new hard surface flooring on 1st and 3rd levels. Second level has existing wooden floors.

    This airy and bright retreat offers 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 1 half-bath, outdoor shower, 2 enclosed decks, gourmet kitchen, washer-dryer, WiFi internet, gas BBQ, 4 TVs and lots more.

    The kitchen features granite counter tops and is equipped with everything for the experienced cook. Eat inside or outside on the deck and watch the sunset. Bar stools at the kitchen counter too.

    Linens and towels are NOT included but are available for additional charge of $160 (excluding beach towels). Also, there is a rental agency that rents everything from cribs, highchairs, linens and towels.
