Sea Colony offers private beach access, on-site tennis instruction and 34 courts, 13 pools (2 indoor), fitness center, wireless internet access.

This is our 2nd time staying at Gerard's property. The location can not be beat and his home is comfortable and communication prompt. We would definitely stay again!

We had the most lovely stay at Gerard's place. The condo was clean, spacious, and the location was excellent. Gerard was a gem to communicate with and even let us check in earlier, which was super helpful. We would LOVE to stay here again and again!

Simply amazing!

We had such a great time. Condo conveniently located to everything, just block away to the beach, pool right across. Owner is very responsive should any questions arise. Place nice and clean, recently updated. We couldn’t be happier with our stay, can’t wait to come back year! Thank you Gerard!

Definitely a place to rent!!!!

The overall stay was great.. location was so close to beach and boardwalk.. I loved being able to walk to beach and no parking fee….the owner of property was amazing and so easy to communicate with.. the only issue was the housecleaning staff did not clean mattress covers or blankets on bed which I washed myself but again overall very satisfied and can’t wait to come back again!!! Definitely my new rental property go to!!!!

Great Location & Property

We go to Sea Colony every year. This unit is particularly well suited for our needs (family with young children). It is walking distance to Love Pool, the beach and the Marketplace. The kitchen was newly renovated. We would rent here again in a heartbeat. Please note, they have a Keurig, so bring your K-Cups if you're a coffee drinker.

Fabulous location

This was our 3rd year staying in Gerry's place, and it never disappoints! Clean, close to the beach and safe for our teens to have freedom. Highly recommend.

The perfect spot

Loved this property! So close to the beach, had everything we needed, and Gerry was so helpful. The house was spotless, and the teenagers loved the comfy sofas. 😍 Loved having the 2 decks, and the fact that they were shady in the evening for dinner. Great rental - don’t even hesitate to rent here.

Can't get much closer to the beach in Sea Colony West

Clean, recently updated, and quick walk to beach. No need to wait for tram. Plenty of parking unlike the highrise side where you have to seach for a spot. Great communication and very responsive owner. Stayed here the past 4 yrs and plan on booking again next year.

Sea Colony 2023

The rental was perfect! The unit was clean and the kitchen and showers were just updated. We easily fit four teenagers and two adults. We enjoyed the large porch and the short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The kids enjoyed the beach, pools and gym! The owner is extremely sweet and responsive!

Great week!

The property was clean and the location was amazing - about as close as you can get to the beach from a tennis villa with a pool nearby. Gerard was so diligent about getting back to us with a few minor issues and questions prior to booking. The mattresses in the loft could stand to be replaced and the master didn't really have much closet/drawer space but we made it work. The space was otherwise perfect for our family of 5.

Exactly what was listed. Two bedroom that was three with the loft. Updating needed but the owner knows that... Front gate, lock with the key code, shower, carpets beat up, etc. all minor things. Thank you for the place to stay. We had a really good family vacation.

Very convenient and great value for the price

Exactly as described, have to cross a major road to the get to the beach. But Sea Colony has its own parking lot you can drive to or you can take their shuttles. The layout of the house is nice and comes well equipped. Would definitely recommend.

Nice property

Our first time staying there and enjoyed it very much. Location is great as are amenities. The layout of the house was a little different than expected with two bedrooms upstairs and one down but it worked out fine. Furnishings are nice and everything well maintained.

Best Sea Colony trip yet!

First, you just can not beat this location. It’s the closest we’ve ever rented to the beach. Second, the property was in great shape, had plenty of room, and was perfect for my family. Finally, the owner was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. We will definitely come back!
