    The Space:

    Escape to Sea Colony for your next beach adventure at this second floor, two-story, three-bedroom (with den), three-bath, garden-style condo! Offering a large wraparound, screened balcony, the main level features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the master suite. The second floor offers a bedroom and full bath of its own! Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. three TVs, two DVD players, Playstation w/ games, gas fireplace, free WiFi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features carpet in bedrooms and den only. Closet is located outside the third bedroom. Living area has hardwood flooring and the kitchen and baths are tiled.

    The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Roomy with a great view

We loved this place. It slept many comfortably and had three full baths. Fully equipped kitchen with everything labeled. Lots of room for pantry goods. The best part was listening to the fountain and enjoying the cross breeze over the lake with beautiful views in the enclosed porch.

Our first time in DE

We enjoyed everything, rooms were really nice once we were able to get in. We got to DE early cause we thought it would take us longer then it did so we had to hang around hoping the rooms would be ready early. Turns out rooms were not even ready at 4:00 like they should have been. So needless to say it was a long day with a terrible start to the week! But once we settled in it was great , rooms were spacious ,comfortable , quiet and the best view. Trams and shuttle always available when needed, Bethany boardwalk was just right and everywhere we ate was great. No tax on anything and no complaints ! Would definitely go back. People are courteous and nice too.
