"The location of this property was perfect - you have a great view of the ocean from the balcony and the main bedroom. It's an easy walk to Bethany "downtown" either along the beach or through the neighborhood next door - about a mile. The space is set up well with plenty of bedrooms and 2 bathrooms allowing for a large family to stay. The common area is well designed too. "My 12 yr old and I spent labor day weekend here. It was perfect for the 2 of us but plenty of room for more. View was spectacular, esp for the fireworks show in downtown Bethany. Sea Colony never disappoints, we've stayed here many times."

"We loved our stay here! The place was clean, well stocked, and had a great view. We enjoyed the beach and the quick walk to it. Our kids loved that the beach had a slide and a swing! The bedrooms were perfectly sized to fit multiple pack n plays. We hope to stay here again one day!"

"The property is in a good location, and there are good amenities on property. You’re in a good location for going to Rehobeth, Lewes, and Ocean City. Plenty of parks to go hiking at and the beach is in easy walking distance. The only ding we had was that the shower curtain in one bathroom needs to be replaced, getting kind of moldy."

"The place itself was very cute and perfect for a couple. Great view of the ocean and easy to get to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked & we cooked a nice meal one night. Bed was very comfortable! Only downside was the shower - mold on the ceiling & inside, and a bit cramped. Vacasa was a bit frustrating. When we got there, we found out we had to drive to the office to get our parkingpass & badges (which apparently allow you to access the beach at Sea Colony). The week we stayed there the...

"Our family (kids ages 6 & 9) and two adults stayed at this great location on the beach. Many amenities were closed, but the heated indoor pool and outdoor pools were perfect. Location is ideal for biking along the Bethany boardwalk nearby and walking right on to the beach. Quiet during off-season is also a plus for families."

"We had the upstairs apartment in the back of the main house. It was very clean and comfortable.very easy check in and out with the homeowner It has a beautiful courtyard with plenty of outdoor space for a quiet night just sitting around with friends. Very close to the beach and the boardwalk and some really nice restaurants. Would highly recommend this place to family and friends or even another long weekend trip."
