This home's well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to whip up a tasty treat or gourmet meal and the contemporary grey subway tile backsplash will allow the chef of the group to feel right at home. When you are ready to settle in for the night, this retreat has plenty of space for everyone to spread out with two bedrooms on the first level and an open loft on the second level with two twin beds that can be accessed via the fun spiral staircase. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle, and year-round security. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. So much to love about staying at Sea Colony

We had a lovely family time at Sea Colony, using several of the pools, taking the tram to the beach, and relaxing in our comfortable condo. The setting is beautiful.

Comfortable space with some concerns

The villa was comfortable and the bed soft but we had some concerns. The towels on the loft beds were still damp? The lights upstairs didn’t work . The one main light was blown. There were ants constantly in the kitchen . The floor felt like there were crumbs on it. There were stains in the medicine cabinet, and some black goo on the plates in the bottom cabinet. There was a huge storage tub with stagnant water and dirty rags inside at the bottom of our outdoor stairs. The pest control receipt from June 28 was still on the table along with a broken edge piece of glass . I hope if we were come back it’ll be better. Not only that I was charge 47 a person for the resort fee and only two areas were open. If it’s end of season why am I paying as if all were open.

Vacasa Only Cares About Money - Not Families

We were really excited to stay at a condo near the beach but when we arrived, we noticed a number of issues at this Vacasa property in Bethany Beach. In short, the condo had a stale stench because the air was off for hours (days?). The refrigerator was also OFF and we weren’t able to keep our food chilled for HOURS. The tub was filthy and we had to scrub it with the little resources we had. The tub was clogged and the water would not drain properly. The garbage disposal was broken and caused a food/water clog that ended up stinking up the entire first floor. To make matters worse, Vacasa refused to make it right in a substantial way. $100 for our discomfort and inconvenience is a joke. Vacasa does not care about my family or yours. They do not care about the guest experience. They only care about money. Please spend your money and time elsewhere. Awful!
