Recently refurbished, this three-bedroom, three-bath house with a loft has additional upgrades, including a remodeled main bath with a large walk-in shower, central air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig machine (including an iced coffee feature), and a washer/dryer that provide all the comforts of a home. Entertainment options include five TVs, three DVD players, two Blu-rays, a Bose Bluetooth sound bar, a PlayStation 4, and WiFi. The gas fireplace is only available during the fall and winter seasons.

Nice house. Enjoyed the cover porch. Loved the master bathroom, shower was great after my morning run. Easy drive to the boardwalk. Wife had drinks at boardwalk bar with patio, nice little spot. 10/10! We’ll be back.

The Beach Treehouse

I love this spot! It’s secluded, upscale, comfortable, and just a hop-skip away from all the fun. Boardwalk is great, love the BBQ joint. My husband and I loved the family friendly space, and we were able to enjoy the enclosed patio for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It allows you to be inside and outside at the same time. They had smart TVs everywhere so we were able to watch all our shows when it rained. Highly recommend for family and couple excursions! We’ll be back!

Lovely Home

What a wonderful updated, renovated home. This home is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all you need. The location is quite and in the pines community which is lovely for walking and biking. Highly recommend this home.

Enjoyable stay amongst the greenery😊

For several years now my husband and I have gone to either Bethany or Rehobeth Beach for our summer vacation and as our children are now adults with families of their own, they too go there. We love the quaintness of the property with all of the trees and greenery and the family atmosphere. It is always enjoyable staying at Sea Colony! We will continue to come back😍

Another reason to love Sea Colony!

My husband’s family reunion was such fun at Sea Colony West. Four families each renting separate condos, and taking turns hosting dinner. We were able to comfortably host 18 of us for dinner, plenty of seating and wine glasses! This condo was clean and beautifully decorated. With carpeting only in the bedrooms, it was very easy to keep the main living area clean. This condo appeared to be recently updated and showed no signs of wear and tear.
