Featuring a wrap-around screened porch, this one-level resort getaway offers a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms, including the main suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. Three TVs, two DVDs, a small movie and paperback book library, assorted children's toys, board games, porta-crib, Wifi. Notes: Fireplace is not available for guest use. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle, and year-round security.
