Impression of the apartment was very good. It's a one to two minute walk from the Aquatics Center and Fitness, Center which is very convenient, and there's a tram that goes to the beach.

Wonderful first-floor condo

Very roomy and comfortable, close to the fitness center, well stocked with dishes, etc. Loved being there off season. The gas fireplace was terrific on cold days.

A great place to stay!

Condo was spacious with pretty decor. It has a great location by the aquatics center so you can take the green or red trams around the property. We had plenty of space for all five of us to hang out together or in separate nooks throughout the condo. Would definitely recommend this unit!

What a way to relax!

The condo was well equipped- had everything you’d need. and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of extra linens. The screen porch overlooking the lake was our relaxation spot. Will definitely come back next Fall.

Not updated in 30 years

It is well past time for this property to be renovated. Except for the two new blue chairs in the living room and the kitchen table, everything needs a refresh. Bannister is broken, the whole house smells, shower seal in master is coming off, both showers are rusted, kitchen cabinets creak and slam, beds sag like hammocks. Please make this place comfortable for future renters. The views from the screened in porch outside were really nice.

Needs TLC

Desperately needs a thorough cleaning and Organization of kitchen + closets. Master needs a new mattress, screened in porch needed to be power washed and flooring and decking repaired during our stay. Master bath needs to be redone or at the very least get a new shower. For $4400.00 this was not what we expected.

As soon as my 4 year old walked in he never wanted to leave. Very clean and comfortable. We loved our stay and the view was spectacular. So relaxing.

Large comfortable unit with a commanding view of the small lake

It is a nicely appointed unit with everything you would need to cook and sleep 6-8 people. Large dining table to accommodate 8 as well. A drawback is that the 75'+ walking path to the unit is not well marked and out of sight to the right as you are parked in the assigned spot...it was hard to see in the night as it runs along the neighboring building and entrance to the path is hidden behind a hedge that divides another buildings parking spot...so it looks like that path only serves the other building instead of both...it is also darkest by the waters edge

Great vacation rental

The place was perfect for me, my two kids & spouses, and two grandsons (infants). A bit crowded, but no problems. Location next to a pool and tot lot is a definite plus. Tram makes things easy to get to the beach. Beds are comfortable and living room is cozy. We enjoyed watching the Olympics before bed. Loved being on the lower level.
