Loved the place!!!

We enjoyed 801 Georgetown! The place was updated and very clean! Only suggestion I would have would be to update the cushions on the patio. I spend mornings and evenings on the deck. Cushions on furniture were ripped. Other than that, was great!!!!

Bethany Beach Sea Colony

The location is great, you can walk to everything if thats what you want to do. Cleaning staff needs to be taught how to clean. Moldy bathrooms, surfaces not wiped down, or floor’s moped. Other than that room was nice.

Great Unit

This was a great unit with a beautiful view. Furnished really nicely with a lot of kitchen and beach things to use. Also books, games and puzzles. Great to have the reserved parking spot be covered in the garage area. The only drawback was it says no pets, but clearly pets had been in the unit. There were chew toys under the couch and my husband, who is allergic, could not sit on the couches without it triggering his asthma.

G801 Inviting and welcoming

We had a great week in Bethany Beach staying at Georgetown 801. This was our third stay at Sea Colony and our favorite! Awesome location and view. Communication for check in and check out was perfect. The condominium was beautiful. It was clean, up to date and had a lot of homey touches and personal notes about things such as the TV being slow at times and why. We didn’t have it on much so it was not an issue for us but if you have small kids, it could be frustrating. We will definitely come back to G801.

Nice put!!!!

Sand in the beds. Frying pans dirty. Wasn’t told about the shed with lots of stuff for the beach. Otherwise place clean and nicely decorated. Great view of ocean.
