A great stay

We have stayed at Sea Colony a handful of times and this was one of the cleanest and nicest places. It was beautifully decorated with comfy furniture. Easy walking distance to the beach and 2 outdoor pools.

Property was even bigger than the pictures made it out to be. Perfect for our family of 4. Everyone loved how close we were to the beach. Even with the closest pool closing after Labor Day, the one that was open was a quick 5min walk. It’s also close to a bunch of restaurants that we walked to for meals and a CVS should you need to grab anything you forgot to pack. We’ll be back!

Perfect Post-Labor Day Getaway

Very nice accomodations, located on the beach, (had obstructed view, but knew that ahead of time). Convenient walking distance to restaurants and Bethany Boardwalk. Would definitely return.

Family vacation

Unit was very clean and nicely decorated only problem was washing machine leaking water on floor and dryer vent very dirty and needs to be replaced. Also the lack of handicap parking spaces nearby for that unit very difficult when you have someone with a handicap and can’t walk to far

Great beach condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Our two young children shared a room and we had plenty of space to spread out and make it feel like home. Sea colony is perfect for young families with both the beach and pool just steps away. There is no ocean view, which would have been nice, but we were aware of this when booking. The house was clean and had plenty of amenities when we arrived (vacuum, broom, coffee maker, stocked kitchen, towels, sheets, dish soap). The bookshelf full of beach reads was a pleasant bonus. Would definitely book again.

Spacious and what we needed for a quick getaway

Worked well for my family of 4. We understood ahead of time that there was no ocean view but beach access was quick and easy. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with basic cooking supplies and beds were decent. Sliding screen door was broken but usable as was one patio chair.

Great time!

Great unit on the beach side. Very convenient location near town and steps to the beach. Pools were a little murky and the stairwells smelled like rotten seaweed but the rest of the facilities were great. See you next year!

Exceeded our expectations

206 Brandywine House was the perfect condo for my family. Plenty of space, nicely furnished and decorated. This unit does not have an ocean view but that did not bother us. Sea Colony was amazing. Very family friendly with impeccably clean beaches and facilities. We loved the pools and the proximity to the beach cannot be beat.

Sea Colony is great!

This unit is in a great location: close to the beach! As noted in the description, there is not a view of the beach - which was fine for us, as this was our 2nd unit and was used just for sleeping. The back bedroom & the living room were very dark - perfect for sleeping. The room with the king bed was fairly bright all night long due to lights on the building outside & early sun (which). I slept with an eye mask, but my wife was not bothered by the light. The king bed was pretty firm. Vacasa left us plenty of sheets and towels, which was awesome.

Great place!

My family and I stayed for a week and loved the condo and its proximity to the beach. We also loved that Bethany boardwalk was just a short walk or bike ride away.
