Family trip

One of our favorite condos on numerous trips to Sea Colony! Very clean and comfortable. Great location near tram stop and outdoor pool/splash park area. Scot and Lisa were very responsive with our questions making us feel very welcome. All around a great place!

Lovely place to relax and escape

What a great place to stay for the week! We have been going to Sea Colony for years, and when the property we usually stay at was unavailable, we booked this property instead. It did not disappoint - it is well appointed, beautifully furnished, and just an incredibly comfortable place to getaway to. Would love the stay there again!

Relaxing Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Colony. Location was conveniently located close to the pool and the fitness center and close to tram stop. Space itself was comfortable and kitchen is well-appointed. There were TVs in each room which helps with the kiddos. We would definitely stay again.

Cute condo in SeaColony

My family of 5 stayed at this cute condo in SeaColony. Great location… close to tram stop and literally 5 min ride to beach, fitness center and pools. The description and pictures are exact! The place was very clean and updated. Simply decorated and just very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home. Plus we love SeaColony!

A lovely residence

My wife and I love Sea Colony and always enjoy or stays. This year was no exception. The house was clean, spacious and offered plenty of amenities. I highly recommend this place and the Sea Colony. The renters were also very friendly and helpful. A+++++

Family Fun Time

Lisa & Scott are great!!! Their home was perfect for our group of six. The home was clean, well equipped & nice location near Tram station, close to Pool, Jacuzzi & Fitness Center, & just a short ride to the beach, but walkable as well if you want some extra exercise. Listing is exactly what you can expect. We will definitely plan to stay here again!!! The Galway's, Lititz, PA (July 2024)

Favorite Sea Colony property!

My family has been coming to Sea Colony for 10 years and we have stayed in multiple properties. This was our first time staying at this property, and it is our new favorite! It was clean, modern, well-stocked and comfortable for a family of 4. The owners were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The location is quiet and close to tram stops, pools and the fitness center. It was super helpful to have plenty of extra towels and paper products available for us to use during our stay, plus the beds were very comfortable! We would definitely love to stay at this property again next year.

Sea Colony 18002

Located excellently in a quiet spot yet near the Aquatic Center and the Fitness Center. The condo was tastefully decorated with pleasant colors and furnishings. All systems functioned perfectly (air conditioning, dishwasher, garbage disposal, sinks, showers, stove and oven, microwave, etc). Very nice and courteous tram drivers was a great add to the stay making it easy to get around and fully enjoy Sea Colony.

This Sea Colony unit was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! This was our third summer coming to Sea Colony and this was out best unit so far. The location is perfect, right by the main road and tram stops, steps away from the splash pad, and you can park right in front of the unit’s front (or side) door (a big plus when packing/unpacking the car!). The lower-level location is also great and we did not encounter any pest issues like we had in other Sea Colony lower-level units. The unit’s layout has separated bedrooms, with one on each end making it great for parents who don’t want to disturb their sleeping kiddos.The furnishings in the unit are simple and comfortable and there was plenty of storage for all of our stuff. There were also plenty of sheets, pillows and towels (and way nicer linens than you get from the linen service companies that a lot of the other rental agencies use). The unit was well stocked with everything we could need ( paper towels, tp, cleaning products, etc.) and even had plenty of coffee pods!If I had to make a complaint (and this is hard to do) it would be that there is no shower door on the shower in the main bathroom! It was as bit drafty, but nothing we couldn’t get used to and definitely not a big deal at all. Overall, we loved our time at Lisa and Scott’s unit and would be thrilled to rent it again next summer!

A fabulous stay!

The property owner was fantastic and very responsive to questions. The home was beautiful and very clean. Generous linens were provided. The sofa bed slept two short kids. Would absolutely stay there again!
