The Space:
Conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and the ocean, this Bethany Beach condo located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway is the perfect spot for your next vacation. After a day out on the beach or exploring the area, come back to your cozy holiday abode. Sporting upgrades for 2023 such as a new couch, brand new LVP flooring, and a small kitchenette, you'll feel right at home. Lounge on the furniture inside, then breathe in the fresh ocean air on the deck. Guests have access to central AC, a microwave, free WiFi, an outside shower, a Murphy bed, a sleeper sofa, a balcony, and parking for two cars. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
