This modern vacation home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living area, laundry room with second refrigerator, sun room, patio, outside shower and gas grill. Hardwood and carpet, beautiful updated kitchen and bathrooms. Take the Bethany Trolley to downtown Bethany Beach and the ocean beach to enjoy the many attractions. No Smoking.

Community Info: Bethany West, located on the west side of Coastal Highway just off Garfield Parkway is a single home community with single and multilevel vacation homes. The outdoor community pool, fitness center, playground, pickle ball and tennis courts are available to renters by paying a $30 per person community fee. Fitness Center is open to all adults 18 years of age and older. No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the Fitness Center at any time. Amenities: Outdoor community pool, playground, access to Bethany trolley and tennis courts. Kayak Ramp located behind back pool

Lots of storage and big laundry room with additional refrigerator. Kitchen and living area are also large with open flow. very happy with this choice of rental

The home was clean, well-maintained and the open layout worked perfectly for our family. Conveniently located to the beach and area restaurants and stores. Easy 10-15 min walk to the beach! Appreciated the beach parking passes. And as always, the ladies at Wilgus were friendly and helpful! The only request would be an earlier check in time. 4pm seems so late - even an hour earlier would be helpful to be able to get in the house and get to the grocery store :)

The management staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. One of my guests only complained that there was sand in the drawers in their bedroom. Other than that, it was very nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful, clean and very family friendly. We had a toddler with us and it was easy to be in a ranch with everyone. It was also very nice for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and main area are large and he could walk freely. We appreciated having the toys, pack and play and high chair available for him. The house is in walking distance to both pools and amenities. The men enjoyed pickle ball and we all played ping pong. Our grandson was happily playing in the pool and playground. We would highly recommend the home and community.
