4 Bedroom spacious property, sleeps 11

  • Spacious, open, canal-side house with 4. bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, and an outside shower.
    Rental period is Saturday to Saturday.
    Middle floor has 1 queen couch, 1 full bath and one half bath. Middle floor bedroom set up is (i) king bedroom, (ii) queen bedroom, (iii) one room with a twin bed, full bed, and pullout twin. Master bedroom upstairs has a king bed and a full bathroom. Kitchen, dining room, full size pull-out couch, and an additional half-bath all located upstairs.

    5 decks, 3 bicycles, 2 kayaks,1 stand up paddleboard, fire pit, outside shower, outdoor patio included. 10 minute walk or free parking available to private beach. House has two grills, plenty of yard space and nice, quiet, neighborhood.

    Four SMART TV's - Both family Rooms and Both King size bedrooms with some video and board games provided. Beach chairs and cooler are available in the storage room.

    Linen service (sheets only) are provided complimentary. Price of house is inclusive of all taxes.

    No rentals to senior week, prom groups, groups of college students, etc. No exceptions will be made on this rule.
