LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. You will enjoy easy access to the beach, bay, State Parks and surrounding towns of Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach, Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City. This ocean block property features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, outside shower, 5 decks, charcoal grill and more. The main floor (middle level) features an open concept floor plan. Large living, dining and kitchen area with decks on each end. Off the kitchen is a powder room and balcony with bay views. Off the living area is a large deck for your outdoor enjoyment. On the lower level, you will find the other 3 bedrooms including the master suite. Every bedroom has a balcony. On the top floor you will find the children's suite. There are two pyramid bunk-beds, (twin on top and full on the bottom), a bathroom, a TV and DVD player. No smoking.

Clean, spacious

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We did wish there was a TV in the Master suite as we had a toddler with us & would have made bedtime easier. You are expected to do a good amount of cleaning before you leave which we typically always do but as a heads up to other guest who may not enjoy to.

Usually we come down in August but this time we wanted to stay earlier in the season. We absolutely love it here. Just a short walk to the beach, and plenty of room for everyone. We noticed they recently painted which was a nice surprise. Thank you so much for letting us into this wonderful home in our favorite town to spend summer!

The rental property is in a great location and the beach isn’t crowded in our area. The only improvement for the house is the mattress in the master bedroom is in poor condition and needs replacing. We love all the updates the owner made this year as far as the paint and decor. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious, great for cooking!

The layout was perfect for us with kids and grandkids. The house was very clean when we got there, and we even received a call that we could get in early. Will definitely come back to this house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great rental and we had a great time during our stay. The location was great and it had plenty of parking. The couch and beds were comfy and the decks were great to hand out on. The unit could use a REALLy good spring cleaning and paint job. The general surface areas were clean however, the interior cabinets need a good scrubbing and the oven as well. We did a lot of eating at the unit and would run out of silverware frequently.
