The staff helped but the experience was not what we expected. I would not visit this property again. I would have to say breakfast was good and the Expedia staff was very accommodating and helpful, but the hotel has properties outside the Mail building and they are not as comfortable and a regular hotel room"

"Great option for who’s coming by car to Ravenna as there is a free parking. But our room was in the basement, not getting full linger. It is also out of the historic center. Breakfast is great and staff super friendly!"
