A few hiccups in the beginning but Renee took care of everything! The photos do not do this place justice. It’s absolutely amazing and perfect for families with older children and groups getting together for special occasions. Epic kitchen and close to a winery and brewery! Small towns to visit near by to explore.
We rented this house to stay at during our wedding weekend since the venue was down the street in Bereyville. It was amazing!! Great views for photos and just an incredible house overall. So much space and was great for hosting family at.Had trouble finding lockbox but the owner was helpful and got back to me immediately!
This place was amazing. Renee and the property management were very responsive. Location was perfect for us. We hit the breweries, distilleries and wineries nearby. Loved the pool table and small den, and kitchen and large dining room were just perfect for our family and our dog. Got over to the Appalachian Trail for a hike and headed out to Harper’s Ferry, Middleburg and Berryville for some sightseeing, shopping and dining. It’s a historic old house, so there are things here and there they didn’t quite work. But that’s to be expected. If you want a brand new place, don’t stay here. It in no way diminished the fabulous time we had.
Everything about this listing was a lie! There was no outside lighting or any lights on the property as I entered after dark.Trash bags on the side of the house were open with what appeared to be bloody rags. The weeds were overgrown, debris on the steps that I had to walk down to get to the lockbox. It resembled something from a horror movie.Almost like it was staged. A shovel in the ground near the door, men’s shoes sticking out from a tree and zero communication with the host upon trying to find the key to enter the property. I was basically left with nowhere to stay!I would not recommend staying at this unit or anywhere that this host has to offer!
