We were excited by all the posted reviews. Booked figuring despite the cost it would be worth it however maintenance closed straight path to the cove pool and had to walk around for the remainder of our stay with three kids in transit. Room was not well cleaned - dust on mirror, glass tables, jellybeans on floor and room smelled of dirty sulfur water (horrible brushing teeth) and the water ran on toilet for 10min . Interesting what hard earned money can get you. That said kids loved the water park and fitness center was nice.

Absolutely disgusting. Nothing was cleaned prior to arrival. Including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The previous guests old pans were left in the oven used and disgusting.
