Peppergrove Cottage

Traditional style 2 bedroom cottage with expansive rural views. Fully air conditioned, fireplace, private gazebo for guest exclusive use, all linen provided. We are only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Berry. Come for a real rural and farm experience, enjoy the outside fire pit and bbq, help us feed the cattle and horses and even come for a ride in the horse drawn cart. The best of a very quiet weekend on the farm with close access to the shops and cafes of Berry. This is great for the kids or for that romantic time away, or even the girls weekend away.
If a midweek 1 night stay is all you can manage, please let us know and I am sure we can accommodate you.

Weekend farm stay

Ken is a brilliant host, accommodating our families needs, and ensuring our son had a brilliant stay - including a ride with his Clydesdale Carlton! I was absolutely delighted with the accommodation and property in Berry. The location and view was idyllic close enough to the town to pop in for dinner, Donuts or pub nosh, but on the thequieter side of town.

The perfect family getaway

This is our second stay on the farm with Ken and we will be booking again. We love everything about this holiday home. It’s perfect for two kids and two adults. Our kids loved feeding the horses and the cows and toasting marshmallows by the fire. We love the town and that you can do a lot or very little. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Superb Berry Break

Great location on the edge of Berry but with an added bonus of an amazing view over fields, paddocks and hills.Cottage was great and Ken provided a warm welcome and the kids loved feeding the horses and learning about the farm.We had some storms and bad weather while we were down but the cottage was perfect for watching the clouds come in and the rain pour down.We visited in summer but would also be ideal for a winter break where you can put the fire on and relax.We will be back!

Wonderful family holiday

We had the absolute pleasure of staying on Ken’s farm for the long weekend and we had a fabulous time. We have two kids aged one and three - everything from the accommodation through to Ken’s incredible hospitality and generosity made our stay truly memorable and a great stay for us and our little ones. The kids loved waking up on the farm, seeing the cows and feeding the horses. We loved the open fire and the easy access to all that Berry has to offer. We will definitely come again.

Everything we expected

Rain couldn't dampen the stay. It was awesome. Farm animals also made us feel very at home. If there was some way to tell at booking stage 2 x adult bedding arrangements were required, instead of 2 adult 2 children bedding set up. We will be back though.

Peppergrove Cottage

An excellent place to stay although some maintenance required. Ceiling fan in bedroom didn't work, toilet seat does not fit properly, towel rack in bathroom loose, towel ring in toilet required for hand towel. Lots of weeds in gardens.The cottage was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views. Unfortunately we weren't there long enough to meet any animals as we came to Berry for a wedding and had to check out by 10am next day. I was disappointed we didn't get to meet the host either. Overall highly recommended.

Great situation and friendly host

We really enjoyed our brief stay at Peppergrove Cottage and wished we could have stayed longer. It is in a great situation on the edge of Berry, a short walk to the centre but with expansive views across open fields. The cottage is nicely laid out and furnished, and very well equipped, and the host Ken was very welcoming and helpful

Lovely cottage

We had a very relaxing stay for 4 days. Everything you need is included and the view is stunning. Great location too, only a few mins walk to the Berry shops. Highly recommended!

Beautiful accommodation set in rural environment within walking distance to the centre of the Berry township. Everything was clean, and thoughtful touches were provided.
