Bed and Breakfast in Bernis

"The property is spacious and beautiful. Guests can wander around and relax in many of the spaces. There are beautiful horses, alpacas and dogs, all of whom are loved and well cared for. The rooms are clean and welcoming. Guests can use the refrigerator, kitchen utensils, and coffee and tea makers in the large dining area. The host, Pascal, is lovely and provides a warm welcome, and is nearly always available to converse, advise and suggest. We would happily return to La Petit Fourchon!"

"On my way to Spain, I made my stop for the night at this maison. The house is in an extremely quiet area and feels very relaxing. The house itself shows its age, and the surroundings around it is farmers land I assume. I had a room overlooking the pool, and the room was fine. Everything worked and was well maintained. The TV only had french stations so not worth watching. I couldn't get the wifi to set up (due to my clumsiness?) so I used my own. So please ask about it if you decide to stay...

"Accueil charmant et convivial par Edwige. L'endroit est magique, calme. Magnifique piscine et joli parc de 4 hectares. Notre chambre etait vaste et lumineuse avec une grande salle de bains avec fenêtre sur le parc et douche double. Les petits déjeuners sont formidables et délicieux et mieux que dans un 5 etoiles avec d'excellents produits et des recettes sucrees et salées d'Edwige . Nous sommes partis avec regrets de ce bel endroit. "

"This eccentric BnB is off the beaten path and quite delightful. No restaurants within walking distance, but there is a grocery store nearby, and our suite had a refrigerator and dishes. The property isn’t as tidy as in the photos, but it didn’t detract from our stay too much. The parking area is secured by a gate for which we received a clicker. Catherine served us breakfast each morning and it was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much."
