"Initial booking was easy and straightforward. But the check-in process left a lot to be desired! The Virtual Front Desk, ask you to send them photographic ID via WhatsApp or email, and they send you the access codes to the property, along with videos on how to use the locks. Once inside the property, you then need to navigate a labyrinth of hallways and staircases in the hope of finding your room. Fortunately for us, cleaners were on site when we checked in, and they showed us where our room...

"Rasy to check in and the staff were really helpful Room was clean and what we needed for one night. Shower did take a bit of fiddling wirh to get a good temperature but you could move it to a lower position if youre not as tall and move it to hold in hand Only thing we had an issue with was some of the carpeting was a bit loose on the stairs and made us wwary when going down"
