Great central, walkable location with restaurants, shopping and canal nearby
150 year old charming building with large rooms. A little dated but easily overlooked by everything else.

Beautiful hotel, but rooms arent equipped for modern tech. That is plugs not where you want them etc

Hotel Exterior was really nice but swimming pool water was little cold. So my children can’t swim well.

I have to segregate the service and the quality of the hotel (which was good to great), from the fact that I lost one of personal belongings from the room: my item was left in the room but somehow it disappeared.
Unfortunately it was not possible to find it despite the good collaboration from the hotel’s staff. I’m grateful for that.
That made my stay not as great as was expecting. Other than that, we were happy with the service.
