Linen :All beds are made up with pillows and pillowcases, plus a doona/blanket with a cover.
King bed: Sheets are provided.

Heating/Cooling: Wood fireplace. Wood supplied in wood box by the BBQ.

Pets: Pets welcome - outside only. Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately. Large fenced yard and undercover shelter on back patio (See photos for fence heights).

Parking: 2 - 4 cars spaces and Street parking available. No guest access to garage.

Boat Parking: Suitable for large boats, on grass and off the street.
