Lovely property right on the lake which was great for swimming. The property was spotless. Bedrooms were great as were bathrooms. Kitchen/living area is good but a little small for 6 adults. Host was lovely , welcoming, friendly and helpful-despite the language difference. Lots of supermarkets in the area but not many great places to eat out. We had a great time and would come back again. Easy to get to Berlin on the train.

An amazing host and lovely place by the waterfront!

The place is beautiful and quiet. We wish we could have spent more time there! Karl-Heinz is such a lovely person and host. We flew over from England for the 70.3 Erkner Ironman and he helped us with a couple of major issues that saved the entire holiday and participating in the event. We would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Karl-Heinz was a great host, very welcoming and friendly despite us not speaking a common language. The apartment is well set-up, nice bedrooms and beds, a well-appointed kitchen and a beautiful garden with direct access to the lake and his boats, lovely outdoor seating areas and private, locked parking. We visited during exceptionally hot weather (record high T?) and would have appreciated more effective aircon, but this would not be a factor at any other time.

Trotz des Regenwetters hatten wir eine schöne Zeit mit Fahrradtouren in der wunderschönen Umgebung.Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Wasser, sehr schön!In der Beschreibung steht, dass ein Grill vorhanden ist. Es sollte ergänzt werden, dass es sich um einen Gasgrill handelt und die Nutzung extra bezahlt wird.

Urlaub für die Seele direkt am Wasser

Die Lage ist ein Traum, direkt am See mit eigenem Anleger und Steg. Wir haben fast alle Mahlzeiten im Pavillon am See genossen. Hier konnte man richtig die Seele baumeln lassen und für die Sportskanonen gibts beim Vermieter alles, was sich auf dem Wasser bewegen lässt.Der Gastgeber steht auch für andere Aktivitäten mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vielen Dank aus dem Fichtelgebirge

Wir haben 4 entspannte Tage mit 6 Personen verlebt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten im Garten sogar das EM-Spiel ansehen. Extra Liegestühle und TV wurden zur Verfügung gestellt - tolle Gastgeber!

Dank der Lage und Ausstattung des Domizils und nicht zuletzt dank der Freundlichkeit der Vermieter konnten wir einen tollen Urlaub verleben. Traumhafter Familienurlaub

Ein traumhaftes Anwesen mit viel Natur, großem Parkplatz, Aufenthaltswiese und Bootsanleger. Eine kleine Spieloase war auch vorhanden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, mit allem eingerichtet, was man sich vorstellen kann und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sogar ein Treppengitter für Kinder ist vorhanden. Doch am besten hat uns die Freundlichkeit und das aufmerksame Verhalten des Gastgebers gefallen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit 🌸

Wetter, Wasser und Lage sind top. Ob mit Fahrrad, Zug oder zu Wasser, hier erholt man sich abwechslungsreich und lernt die Gegend gut kennen. Direkt im Wasser im Garten die Erholung genossen.

Saubere Ferienwohnung in wunderbarer Lage

Wir wurden freundlich von Herrn Kuhlke empfangen. Er hat uns alles wichtige erklärt und zudem Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Lange der Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, direkt am Wasser. Alles war sauber, als positiv besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass jedes der drei Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche hat. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen und würden gerne irgendwann zur Sommerzeit nochmal wiederkommen, um auch die Angebote wie SUP nutzen zu können.
