I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! It was very clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated how helpful the host was. The cleaning lady is super kind. There’s a well-equipped gym in the building, which was a great bonus. There’s a LIDL conveniently close by for shopping. While the flat is a bit further from the center, the bus station is just a 3-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn is only 10 minutes, so it was easy to get around. Thank you so much for everything!

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! It was very clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated how helpful the host was. The cleaning lady is super kind. I LOVED the place! so much space! Elegant, Clean, great lighting, enormous shower. I was a bit nervous upon arrival with the digital entry because I didn't understand I needed to hold my phone so close to the door handle. And I was low on phone battery. But it worked brilliantly! 10 minutes walk to the Ku'Dam blvd with lots of restaurants and shops!

Zimmer war in Ordnung. Lage direkt an der Autobahn. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man die nicht. Im Sommer ist das sicherlich ein Problem mit dem Lüften an der Autobahn. Top war aber das Fitnessstudio.

Just avoid

The WiFi did not work, and neither did the dishmaskins. When I informed the receptionen, the staff member simply said, “I know,” and gave me the username and password for another room instead the not work either. The staff were very unfriendly and showed clear signs of discrimination. The hotel has no elevator and uses a different entrance as the main door, but the staff made no effort to show or explain this to me. I strongly advise avoiding this place, especially if you are not white.

Das Hotel ist echt toll. Im Sommer, sehr warm trotz Ventilator. Es wäre schön, wenn an den Fenstern Fliegengitter wären, um mal durch zu lüften, damit man die Hitze raus bekommt. Und eine Klimaanlage fehlt aber sonst hat uns der Aufenthalt echt gut gefallen und wir würden es weiter empfehlen.

Relativ günstig und doch ruhig.

Zunächst für 4 Nächte gebucht und dann noch 2 weitere Nächte problemlos hinzu gebucht. Das Zimmer ist funktionell und mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet. Gute Fußbodenheizung. Kleine Abstriche bei der Fußbodensauberkeit. Der Kurfürstendamm ist per Bus in 6 Minuten erreichbar.

In winter, it's quiet and warm, close-by grocery and restaurant. The staff is very nice and responsive. There is no elevator, but it didn't bother me personally. Just be wary about opening and closing hours of the reception, or just make sure you have their phone num. when they are not open.
