The apartment was excellent. Very well equipped kitchen, clean comfortable room, close to the S-Bahn station but with great sound insulation. Several supermarkets (Aldi, Netto, Penny) nearby. I'd happily return.

We enjoyed this spacious, clean apartment which was about 50metres walk to the train station. A perfect choice if you are wanting to explore Berlin.

This is like a home away from home. You have your own apartment with a well equipped kitchen, saving you lots of money on dinner. All is new and clean, and the bed is comfortable. The interaction with the staff is minimal and the receptionist is not 24/7.

Not a business hotel/apartment.
This is not a BUSINESS hotel/apartment. It is fine as a tourist / student / youth accomodation but..... no air conditioning and alot of street noise when you open the window to cool the room. Close to Metro is about the only good thing I can say. Restaurants and businesses in area shut down by 7 pm.

Dear James, thank your for your honest review.Due to the construction, our hotel is not equipped with air conditioning. Please excuse this.Unfortunately, due to the close distance to the tram station and the main street, the noise cannot be avoided, but our windows are soundproofed.As a Serviced Apartment, we offer employee-friendly working hours. Outside of reception opening hours, our colleagues in the main office are always available to assist you by telephone.We wish you a good day and kind regards!

Halls of hell
Convenient. Well laid out. Atrociously small and clinical hallways. If you want to feel like you are in a psychiatric ward, come here. Everytime I was in the halls, I wanted to get to my room as fast as possible. The rooms have a sense of warmth but the halls.... the halls. Run from those halls.

I have liked almost everything about the place and the area. Particularly its proximity to public transport, shops, also staff are very polite and helpful..Unfortunately the road work around the place and the whole area makes it difficult to enjoy it as much, still the noise was kept to the very minimum.

Lovely room, right next to the train station to go into Berlin, and right next to a supermarket. Very comfortable rooms. Nice decor.

Solid stay for a great price.
Overall I enjoyed my stay at SMARTments in Karlshorst. It was easy to check-in and the facility is located right by the bus stop and train station. It was also great to have two different grocery stores within the block. Only complaints would be... a few nights were pretty hot and the facility had no AC and a tiny floor fan. There was also a TON of construction going on in the area so don't ever plan to sleep in until that is complete (but not their fault). Otherwise I appreciated the stay and the price was on point. I would stay there again.

Excellent hotel.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good cooking facilities. Supermarket in adjacent block.Trains,busses and streetcars close by. 20 min. ride to Berlin Centre. Very noisy with windows open. We faced the street.

Nice studio apartment
The room was excellent and really comfortable. They had a coffee machine and provided the nespresso which was great for starting my day. The only negative was the building was still not complete and the buildings works continue inside and out, but that did not affect the quality of my stay. The staff were friendly and also very accomdating. when I extended my checkout time from 11am to 2.30pm because of my flight was at 5pm, it wasn't an issue. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful with any questions you have. Lovely apartments right next to a train station that creates easy access to both the airport and the city centre. Would highly recommend these apartments to anyone visiting the Berlin area.

Super Unterkunft! Es war sauber, in der Küche war alles vorhanden was man zum kochen benötigt und das Bett war gemütlich. Ein paar kleine negative dinge gab es trotz allem natürlich auch. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war sehr gering, man muss selbst saugen und Boden wischen(putzkammer vorhanden), die lüftung im zimmer ließ sich nicht ausschalten was mich in der Nacht ein bisschen gestört hat und die liebe Parkpkatzsuche war nervig (großstadt halt) Aber alles in allem würd ich wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Mycket bra boende
Mycket trevligt rum. Mycket trevlig personal. Bra matbutik i bottenvåningen. Omedelbar närhet till S-Bahn och Straßenbahn. Pentryt funkar bra för enkel matlagning. Kylskåp och diskmaskin finns. Tvättstuga finns längst ner i huset. Badrummet med dusch är helt perfekt. Jag upplevde hotellet som tyst och sov gott varje natt. Livlig trafik utanför men ljudisoleringen är riktigt bra.

Das Apartment war gerade neben der S-Bahnstation. Zimmer war gut. Nur das die Reseption nur vom Montag bis Freitag besetzt ist und das auch nur bis 16 Uhr.

Eine ideale Unterkunft direkt am S-Bahnhof und direkter Nähe zu Restaurants und Supermärktern. Schön ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Lediglich etwas mehr Geschirr könnte das Appartment vertragen.
