Its a terrific studio apartment. Large, nicely decorated, full size kitchen and bathroom. It faces the courtyard, so it is quiet. All of the procedures and rules for using the apartment are well documented and the owners communicate well. It's a short walk to a good U-Bahn stop.

Stort och välförsett

Stor lägenhet med nästan alla bekvämligheter man önskar för upp till 6 personer. Tre olika kaffemaskiner, ugn, spis, micro, vattenkokare, brödrost mm. Ally utom tvättmaskin. Välstädat och allt relativt nytt. Bra wi-fi. Bra och trevlig värd. Enkel check-in och check-out (kl 11). Bottenvåning och slla fönster mot innergården, så svalt inne eftersom ingen sol ligger på. Ingen AC.

Het appartement lag in een leuke en rustige buurt.Er waren winkels en een bakker in de buurt.Om de hoek een leuk en gezellig plein met een Italiaan en een ijssalon. Het openbaar vervoer lag om de hoek.

This place was perfect for my three day stay in Berlin with my husband. It’s small, but the bed was comfy and I like having a kitchenette to make a quick breakfast in the morning. It’s a little out of the way but is close to 2 subway lines and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Overall I thought it was a good value for what you get. My only complaint is that the shower is tiny, like broom closet tiny. I’m a slender female and even I had a hard time using it.

En dejlig rummelig og rolig lejlighed, som perfekt dannede rammen for en familie på 4 (børn på 11 og 14) på miniferie i Berlin. Om dagen havde vi bilen til at stå lige foran døren for småpenge (easypark i øvrigt) og gik nemt til Ku’dam, Zoologisher Garten eller tog U-Bahn rundt i byen. Lejligheden er lidt mørk, da en ligger i en baggård, men det kompenserede roen i den grad for, da man var væk fra den “store” vej. Godt og velekviperet køkken og dejligt meget plads omkring det store spisebord. Lækkert badeværelse. Gode senge med lækre dyner og store puder. Netflix på fjernsynet, så man kunne slappe af med en film eller serie efter lang dag i byens pulserende liv. Ingen stue, men masser af plads til hele familien i forældrenes seng foran flimmeren. I det hele taget en lækker og pænt istandsat lejlighed, men alt hvad vi havde brug for. Rigtig god kommunikation med Christian på både tysk og engelsk. Vi kommer meget gerne igen i denne lejlighed!
