Service beyond expectations in a pandemic.

We had to postpone because of Covid-19 flight cancellations . The hotel sent us a voucher for 2021 use eventhough the room was non refundable.

Helt ok enklare hotell. Pris och prestanda hänger ihop. De allmänna ytorna är lite slitna och nedgångna, mattorna i korridoren är I mitt tycke förfärligt fula. Det knarrar duktig i golven här och där och ljudisoleringen är inte 100. Frukosten är korrekt med rimligt urval, men verkligen inget överdådigt. Personal till största del ryssar (familjeföretag?). Strama och återhållsamma, eller lite buttra, till sättet.

Es sollte angegeben werden, dass das Bad in dem Zimmer so klein ist, dass ein normal wüchsiger Mensch beim Toilettengang die Tür nicht schließen kann. Auch ist ein Abtrocknen nach dem Duschen im Bad nicht möglich. 1 Nacht geht, aber länger keinesfalls.

Für Städtetour vollkommen ausreichend

Also für den Preis kann ich nicht meckern. Für eine Städtetour völlig in Ordnung oder auch wenn man nur zum Arbeiten da ist. Es ist sauber, man hat sein eigenes Bad. Würde ich wieder buchen wenn ich zu einer Tour in Berlin wäre

Bom custo x benefício

Ótima relação custo x benefício para quem não está a procura de luxo, ou está apenas de passagem por Berlim, ou ficará poucos dias. Passei uma única noite porque ia tomar um ônibus para Praga no dia seguinte de manhã na Estação de Ônibus (ZOB BERLIN), que fica bem em frente ao hotel ( 3 minutos andando). O café da manhã foi uma surpresa muito positiva, não esperava tanta coisa gostosa (simples mas boas) pelo preço que paguei pelo quarto. A recepcionista não foi das mais cordiais quando chegamos, mas o restante do staff foi bem gentil. O Wifi do hotel funcionava bem até fora do hotel. Nas redondezas há mercados, farmácias e vários restaurantes de culinária diversificada (comi num afegão chamado Asal, com cerveja e comidas boas e baratas, recomendo). Se tiver com tempo, pode dar um pulo no Messe Funkturm, um centro de convenções da época do regime nazista, um dos poucos prédios que sobreviveram daquela época terrível.

Telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Personal am Empfang anfangs unfreundlich. Rechnung am Abreisetag konnte nicht bezahlt werden, da Mitarbeiterin dafür nicht zuständig. Rechnung kam per E-Mail.
