Close to facilities like transport, nice room but bed for 12 year old was a couch and a topper which had marks on, only one member of staff on so wait times at night quite long, breakfast very good very fresh and topped up regularly. Nice free refreshing drink and biscuits as you come in, not always topped up. Overall central hotel plenty of restaurants and cafes

Everything was okay, room was clean, and staff was great. Location was not ideal as it was far from city center, but there was a bus stop less than two minutes away walking, so in general it was okay. Got stuck in the elevator near reception, help arrived promptly and everything was good, but nevertheless not the best experience. Everything else was good though.

Location was ok for our five night stay in Berlin. AC didn't work for the first two nights. Was finally switched to a new room after advising the front desk that it still hasn't been fixed. Lots of great restaurants around the area where we enjoyed dinner at a couple of times. Room was a decent size for our family of four. One thing I wish it had was a mini fridge in the room to keep cold drinks after a long hot day of sightseeing. Took public transit at the nearby bus stops and was easy enough to get to places from this location. Overall was happy to stay here.

The room was amazing, high ceilings, extremely clean and very secure. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast but €18 for unlimited breakfast that looked and smelt amazing seemed like good value. Easy to walk to from Tiergarten S-bahn station.

Our complaint is about dirt. Despite multiple complaints the room was never properly cleaned in one week. Dirt everywhere on floor, bathroom, under the beds. Hair (not ours), nail clippings, food, dustballs, paper. My wife woke up every morning with insect bites of either bed bugs or mites. She is allergic to bites so had to apply cortisone cream. We were offered to move on the last day when it was too late. The room (212) needs to be cleared, thoroughly cleaned disinfected and the mattresses either trashed or fumigated.

BEWARE IF BOOKING 2+ GUESTS. I booked a multiple bed room (2adults + 2children) On check-in the form I signed showed 2a+2c, he could physically see us- yet we where given a small ONE double bed room. Back down to reception, another room - bigger but still ONE double bed. Down to reception - told the best they could do was 2 seperate rooms, different floors! 6days prior I had emailed - no reply, phoned - no one answers, emailed - no reply then contacted IHG Garner global whats app - said would get back but never did. I wanted to inform them that it was now 1a + 2c and check in would be after 10pm. So one of my kids had to sleep in the rooms. They didn't care, neither did the IHG whats appt contact. Also one room faced the sun, its was 26-29C during the day - the aircon didn't work when I asked down at reception, I was told it wasn't on as out of season, ended up sleeping with duvet cover

Extremely unfriendly guy in the reception when checking in. Didn’t even say Hi or Welcome. Also he insisted on the extra 20 euro for wanting to check in at 14:50 (original check in time 15) despite us arriving at 13:00 and said we can wait and we’ll go for lunch in the meantime. To say that 10 min before is just ridiculous. Also booked two rooms wich we wanted next to each other because of children. Ende upp with separate rooms but one was connected to other room with other guests with a locked but thin door between. One of the worst stays in recent years. Avoid at all costs.
