Great hotel, friendly staff

Comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Rooms are nice and clean, with comfy beds. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and do everything they can for you.

This is a very standard and basic 3 star. There were no: coffee machine, telephone, closet (only hooks), face clothes, pen/paper in the room. The bed was so hard it was uncomfortable. It was however clean and the staff were friendly. I would not stay there again but that is a personal choice. I was very disappointed especially as I paid over €225 for the first night!!!!!

Extremely comfortable and clean, wonderful staff and right next to a train station for easy access to the rest of the city! So much right nearby in terms of shops and food, and a quick walk to museum island!

Perfect Berlin Base

Really comfortable, modern, no-frills hotel. Hotel has a couple of nice bars to relax in or grab a drink or a snack, and loads of options for restaurants within walking distance. Central location so a great base for exploring different neighbourhoods. Handy to get to from the airport by train, and U-Bahn and S-Bahn right there for getting around easily.

Great location at the Alexanderplatz S&U-bahn

I wasn't in my room much, but it was clean and modern. Was mostly out in the city. Great location, and no negatives except for a late night false alarm fire alarm. Hard to blame the hotel for that one.

Great hotel in a great location

We stayed here with our older sons, on a weekend trip. It is in a great location, easy access to all transport. The hotel is lovely, very clean , but the rooms are small. The bars are lovely and very welcoming, It was delight to return here every evening after our day trips.

Nice hotel that couldn't be more centrally placed if your plan is to check out all the Berlin sights. Room nice with everything needed although definitely not the biggest room I've seen. One downside is the lack of parking - you have to park at a nearby mall and although that is doable it's not ideal.

Rooms are small and minimalistic. No drinking water available if you didn't book directly with the hotel website. Hotel is centrally located and very well reachable with public transport. Has a good rooftop bar.
