It´s a simple but nice and clean overnight accommodation, very good and centrally located in a beautiful part of Berlin. Pubs and restaurants are within walking distance.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The entry system with key fob was well explained. The room as clean enough but the bathroom in particular needed more work. Our shower drain was very very slow, something which should have been picked up when it was being cleaned so it makes you wonder. Staff was good at repairing it the same day. The elevator was not working which was a disappointment. The smell of marijuana being smoked did not create the best atmosphere either. All this aside it was basically adequate for the purposes. Beds were clean, heating worked and it was the perfect location for our need. It is a hostel like format afterall, we did not expect too much more.

Fairly priced. Located in an excellent area with good public transport nearby. Kitchen was adequately stocked, but fridge had no freezer section. Beds & Linen were clean and comfortable. Could be a tad cleaner, but some might be just the slightly dated interior.

They have a great location near U sophie Charlotte platz just 5 minutes walk at the main st, the building was old but the room is clean and spacious, the 2 problem is the WC hole that is terribly disgusting and the reception that never in station, so there is no one to ask for information, you need to call the emergency line.

The apartment is old and there are a lot of stains and damages on the floor and furnitures, and you may also notice some smell there. The linen provided is not clean and I feel uncomfortable sleeping on it. The room is not air-conditioned and it is hot and humid in the summer time. There is no single wall socket near the bed and there is only one left open to use near the TV. Not to mention there is no free Wifi provided and no instruction on how to pay and use it. In short, it is not a space you may use it as a home office. The check-in and check-out is fine because no one at the counter and all you need is a password to open the key box when arrive and return the key at the drop-in box to check out. However, it also means the staff there do not have any communication with their customer. The only good thing on staying there is a fully functional mini kitchen with utensils, water boiler and a microwave oven. In a summary, I would not recommend this accommodation except you are staying only for a night or two and looking for economy option for a private room.

Sauber, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Natürlich stellt Corona so Einiges auf den Kopf. ( Es wäre sehr sinnvoll, wenn noch ein weiteres Formular bezüglich Grund der Übernachtung hinzugenommen würde. Manchmal gibt es auch private triftige Gründe, wie z. B. juristische Termine, weshalb eine Reise/Übernachtung nötig ist. Es gibt auch im privaten Bereich wichtige Gründe, die eben nicht geschäftlich begründet sind. Dieses Formular könnte dann dem entsprechend je nach Termin, der Rechtsanwalt, Richter oder ein Arzt, abstempeln oder unterzeichnen.) Ansonsten alles Gut. Dankeschön

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Staub unter den Betten auch das Geschirr nicht sauber. Es gab im Zimmer nicht einmal einen Besen, wir wollten selber zusammenkehren, ging aber nicht. Das einzige, was wirklich gut war, waren die Matrazen. Wir haben gut geschlafen.
