VillaMar is your private event houseboat in Berlin's Marina Stössensee, offering around 110 m² of space, a large sun deck, and room for up to 20 guests. It's perfect for birthdays, company events, team-building days, or special gatherings with friends. On board, you'll find a kitchen, bathroom, grill, sound system, and several terraces right by the water. If you wish, you can book a cruise on the Stößensee with a skipper for an additional fee. Up to 6 people can stay overnight on board.



The houseboat features a living room and three bedrooms—ideal for relaxing after a day on the water. Enjoy stunning lake views from the covered terrace, or unwind in the private sauna and outdoor shower. Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a workspace, TV with video-on-demand, and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals on board.



VillaMar is conveniently located near public transport and not far from the beach—perfect for exploring Berlin. Self-check-in ensures a smooth arrival. Pets are welcome (up to 2, for an extra fee), and a baby cot can be provided on request (available for an extra fee). Cleaning service is also available during your stay for an extra fee.
