Zimmer war im Dachgeschoss. Dusche zu klein, (bin 1,90cm). Bett am knarren und total zusammengeflickt. Der Service hat unsere Türe nicht richtig verschlossen, Stand den ganzen Tag auf, zum Glück nichts passiert. Alles in allem, nicht gut. Wir haben uns in einem angemessenen und freundlichen Ton beschwert, aber das scheint das hippe Personal nicht wirklich zu interessieren.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist super nett. Die Zimmer waren sehr einfach aber sehr sauber und ausreichend für uns.wer was negatives sucht findet immer was. Der Pool war leider extrem kalt. Das Essen war ganz lecker. Das Frühstück war okay für den Preis. Ich würde mit meiner Tochter auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten

Location is perfect when visiting Mercedes Benz Arena. The receptionstaff had a great service level but the crew in the restaurant and in brekfast room was a little bit more interested of each other than the guests. All nice, just level up the service. A little mold smell in our room everyday. Cool old.building.

Zimmer sehen auf den Fotos viel viel besser aus. Die Fugen im Badezimmer sind nicht ordentlich gemacht. Mega laut, meine Tochter und ich dachten immer, dass die Nachbarn zu uns reinkommen, wenn die ihre Türe öffnen. Einfach alles Alt. Für eine Nacht reicht es, aber für mehr auch nicht.

This is not a hotel, but a hostel. Don't expect hotel quality. This hostel is in a former school building. Breakfast is OK for 7.50euro, but nothing more than that. Ideal for backpackers, families on a limited budget and youngsters and experienced travellers with nostalgia for the anarchy punk scene and nice and not too hipster bars and shops. Nice bar in the hostel if you like to hang out with noisy millennials. The airco in our room was also really noisy and we couldn't shut it off. Used earplugs. Wifi in our room was very unstable and TV only has German channels, but that helps you practicing your German. Bathroom was nice and clean. Beds were OK. The room was cleaned every day, beds made up,... We had to ask for extra blankets since it was winter and cold but these were quickly delivered. Staff is very friendly and at times nicely inexperienced but that's OK. Perfectly situated near Kreuzberg on the other side of the iconic Oberbaum Bridge (part of the wall near river Spree, Ramones museum bar and OBE punk rock bar just 5 minutes walk). Also go check Tante Emma café and cheap and decent Asian restaurants at Schlesinger tor. Walk into Kreuzberg and don't mind the dealers on the bridge leading to the night clubs. They look dodgy but are not dangerous. This hostel is ideally located next to Warshauer u Bahn and s Bahn station that will take you anywhere in Berlin within minutes. Swimming pool is comfortable, but not like in a 5 star Hotel.

Don’t expect to much after seen pool pics

Good for people who want to use hostel option and drink and party with friends and not actually use the rooms like a normal human being. Feels like an cold atmosphere and cheap materials used.

Sehr freundliche Rezeption. Zimmer sind praktikabel ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wer kein super Wohnzimmer braucht, ist dieses Hotel eine gute Adresse.
