Die Ferienwohnung hat eine gute Größe und grundsätzlich viel Potenzial, allerdings gab es während unseres Aufenthalts einige Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten. In der Küche waren zeitweise Ameisen zu finden, und im Haus selbst begegneten uns mehrere Spinnen. Auch die Sauberkeit war leider nicht ganz zufriedenstellend: Staub, Kaffeeflecken auf der Arbeitsfläche und an der Waschmaschine sowie Teppiche mit sichtbaren Gebrauchsspuren deuteten darauf hin, dass nach den vorherigen Gästen nicht gründlich genug gereinigt wurde.Einige Fliesen sind beschädigt, die Bodenbeläge weisen zum Teil starke Abnutzungsspuren auf und mehrere Fenster lassen sich aufgrund ihres Alters nicht mehr öffnen. Bei den Betten waren mehrere Schrauben locker, die wir selbst nachziehen mussten, und manche Matratzen sind recht dünn.
