Bright 3-room apartment near Prenzlauer Berg

Newly renovated furnished flat for couples, families or shared flats. The flat has 2 separate bedrooms of equal size. Each with a double bed. The 3rd room is a living room with access to the kitchen.

The flat is located on the first floor of a building of 4 floors. The whole building was fully modernized 15 years ago and is rather quiet and peaceful with a good mixture of families, young and old people living there. The courtyard under the balcony is wide and sunny.

The apartment is located in the Weißensee district. A tram station that brings you to Mitte or the Ringbahn is just outside the door. Many supermarkets, restaurants are close by and Prenzlauer Berg with its parks and nightlife is just a 20 minutes walk away. Also - unsurprisingly - the actual lake Weissensee is only a couple of minutes by foot.
