The 60 square meters holiday house "Garden View" is located next to a residential house on a 1400 square meters private plot near the Central Station. The location is quiet and central. The huge 800 m2 large garden with fruit trees offers enough space to relax and play facilities for children (tree house and trampoline). Grill and Loungers on the terrace. No use of the garden.

The holiday house is in a very good condition and offers modern furnishings. It has a fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and a dining area.

The modern bathroom is located next to the house floor and is independently accessible from both rooms. In the bedroom there is a double bed, a sleeping sofa as well as a working set.

From the beautiful living room, which has a second sofa bed, you can reach a spacious terrace of wood, which connects the house to the cozy large garden. The house has a parking lot.

The holiday home is located close to the center but still in the nature. 150 meters from Tram and Bus Station and 100 meters from the forest. The forest invites for long walks and hikes or sport in the nature.

In a few minutes you can reach several shopping facilities within walking distance. Lidl, Rewe, petrol stations, McDonald's are reachable in only 5 minutes. Pharmacy and post office are very close. Bicycle rental is available at Central Station.

The public transport to Berlin City is excellent (by regional express about 20 minutes, by S-Bahn about 1/2 hour). Especially after a sightseeing tour or trip in Berlin, the wonderful garden of the holiday house invites you to relax.
