The rooms had all the basic amenities that we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was in a convenient location and easy to park. The reception was open when we arrived for check in and we were given a warm welcome.

Unterkunkt bietet angemessenes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis und die Mitarbeiter traten gegenüber dem Gast ausnahmslos freundlich und serviceorientiert auf. Lediglich die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig, da der hoteleigene Parkplatz mehrmals überfüllt war, allerdings waren für die Nutzung 5 € je Tag zu entrichten, was dann ärgerlich ist, wenn der Parkplatz dann tatsächlich nicht mehr nutzbar ist.

Parkplatz direkt am Hotel, gebührenfrei, Sicht darauf vom Zimmer aus. Einige Sky Sender im Fernsehen ohne Extra Gebühr. Gutes WLAN, kostenfrei. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, nur wenige Minuten vom Krankenhaus Hubertus in Zehlendorf entfernt, wo ein Angehöriger von uns behandelt wurde. Super einfacher Checkout, quasi gar keiner, man kann so losfahren, da vorab zu bezahlen war und der Zimmerzugang über Zahlencode erfolgte.

Aus dem Zimmer wurde Geld entwendet, der Hotelchef verwies mich an die Polizei da eine Fremdfirma die Zimmer reinigt, das ist nett aber nicht zufriedenstellend. Es konnte nur eine Person dafür in Frage kommen, leider konnte er mir auch keinen Namen nennen. Das Frühstück für 12,90€ pro Person ist nicht die Hälfte wert, das war gar nichts. Also ganz klar nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Fehler bei Check - In

Zimmer sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich, nur Probleme beim check-in mit der Zahlung. Hatten die Kosten schon während der Buchung abgerechnet bekommen und hier bek der Ankunft wurde dann gesagt dass die Zahlung noch nicht eingegangen ist. Wenn man Hotels über eine dritt Seite wie diese bucht sollten solche Probleme und extra Kosten nicht entstehen.

Zimmer in gewohnter B&B Qualität!

Parkplatz gratis, Check In und Out auch ganz einfach und ohne Probleme. (theoretisch auch über ein Terminal möglich) Das einzige, dass ich vielleicht bemängeln könnte: 3 Steckdosen im Zimmer gingen nicht, weshalb ich fälschlicherweise gedacht habe der Föhn wäre defekt. Nachdem ich einen neuen bekommen habe, ist das Problem mit den Steckdosen aufgefallen. Hoffe die Dame an der Rezeption hat es dem Haustechniker weiter gegeben. Am Nachttisch föhnen ist nämlich ein bisschen blöd :) Aber Sauberkeit usw war einwandfrei!
