Was perfect for a quick getaway! Staff are very friendly and helpful. My only fault was the air conditioning since the weather in Berlin was 34 degrees, the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough unfortunately. The curtain also let a lot of light it very early because it had a very large gap due to the air conditioning unit being placed between the window and curtain. The bathroom was very interesting since an entire wall was a tinted window with gaps top and bottom so you could clearly see people on the toilet. It was kind of funny if you don’t want privacy.

Nice clean hotel. Frindly and helpful staff. Two bus routes to get into Berlin Centre, Zoo Garden (both take 30 minutes).15 minutes bus to main railway Stn. Situated within a working suburb, plenty of shops and restaurants 15/20 min walk On bus route to airport.

I liked the room very much. It was spacious and had all the humble amenities needed for accommodation and working (on the computer) as well. The service was impeccable apart for the after 1AM closure policy. It is not only the obverse atmosphere of being unwelcome that should not exist in any hotel but also the fact of being left outside for the elements to hit you (cold, rain) until the lone receptionist can address to the door. I have not had any food ordered so I cannot comment on that issue.

Ok Hotel for the money. Due to Trade Fair in Berlin, we ended up in a disablities room. Very stuffy at first, the windows were dirty, felt like this room had not been used in a while. Carpet is beyond its expiration date. Rest was ok.

Air conditioning in my room did anything. My room was like a sauna. Had to leave the window open all day and all night to make it a little better. No coffee maker or electric hot water kettle in the room. You have to pay for coffee or tea in the hotel lobby.

Consistently very good!
I’ve stayed here a couple of times before and their staff are always very helpful. This time they put me in the front of the hotel (better air conditioning) as it was a really hot weekend.

I was in Berlin’s to watch athletics at a stadium on the other side of the city , I found the hotel idea as a base to explore the city centre as it was a short walk from both the TXL bus route and the Underground, Giving quick and easy access to both the airport and city centre .

Very good and dependable property. From welcome to room to dining, the stay was pleasing. The one issue? Housekeeping occupies the elevators and fills the halls throughout each. It's conspicuous and odd for a relatively small property. I stay in hotels 80+ nights per year and I've never seen so much activity. But overall, worth a stay.

Not a bad location located several blocks away from the metro and S Bahn stations. Had a bit of difficulty when we showed up as the intersection was under construction and there was no where to pull over to check into the hotel. Underground parking was difficult to access as you needed a code that you did not get until check in. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful.

Nice hotel with amazing spa & restaurant
I enjoyed my stay and even thought about extending my stay. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The wellness center had the most wonderful message therapist with african wellness tips from nigeria. It is about 15 min walking from S bahn or U banh but I like to walk so I didn’t mind. Only down side was my bedding had a permanent stain and a hole but the service was excellent

Good location, very close to the facilities.
Positive points: Good location, close to facilities. The night receptionist was the best. He was very attentive, friendly and try to help. Negative: Far way from underground, Hotel is located in the main road (Gotzkowskystr.) that you can listen the horn from cars all day & night that surprised us when no rules re noise even very late night as the drivers don't have the habit as in the UK to make noise just when is necessary. You can listen so much noise during all times from the taxis, ambulances or fire trucks passing with the sirens on. To make even worse in terms of calm, relax room on 6th floor. There is an evangelic church that bell rings in the mornings. So these need to be considered when you go for holidays to relax with child and they cry with the level of noise in the room and you try to sleep and rest. The wi-fi is so slow if want to speed up, need to pay extra. To be considered that there is a charge fee to use the gym facilities as they say it is for the sauna. There is a fee to use the parking - 20 Euros per day and breakfast is 17 Euros per person.

Thank you for your feedback and for your evaluation. The hotel is located in the city center of the western part of Berlin. We also have rooms facing the waterside away from the street . But yes in a big city within a central district there are always traffic noises even at night unfortunately. We will forward to comment concerning the WIFI to our IT department. A few years ago there was a law change in Germany concerning the VAT of sauna usage. Therefore we cannot offer it free of charge and we also do not want to put that charge on top of our room rates. We would like our guests to feel free to decide whether to pay for the sauna or not. Furthermore are we only leaseholder of the garage.
